The rules and regulations set forth herein are established for the purpose of promoting the orderly conduct of racing events and defining the minimum standards of participation. By submitting an entry and/or participating in any event, all participants expressly agree to be bound by these rules. Publication or enforcement of these rules shall not be construed as a guarantee or warranty of safety, expressed or implied, and shall not create any liability for injury or death of any participant, spectator, or official. All persons assume all risks inherent in motorsports.

The Race Director(s) and/or duly authorized officials shall have full authority to permit reasonable and appropriate deviations from the stated specifications, and to impose additional restrictions as deemed necessary, provided such actions do not materially alter the minimum requirements. No expressed or implied warranty of safety shall result from such deviations or restrictions. Interpretation, application, and enforcement of these rules shall be at the sole discretion of event officials, and all decisions rendered thereby shall be final and binding.
